i have decided to reinstall the print drivers but the printer is so old that I cant find them. I have tried to remove and reinstall but I have the same problem. Remove "HP Support Solutions Framework" through Add/Remove programs on PC Level 1 02-09-2018 10:15 AM Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra The scan feature on the above printer has disappeared.
